Da Vinci Xi reduces patient’s average stay in hospital by one day

The Da Vinci Xi robot surgeon has performed 167 opertions in Arnau de Vilanova Hospital in Lleida, western Catalonia, since it was acquired in April 2019.
The robot is used for complex operations in the areas of gynecology, urology and digestive surgery.
Doctors estimate that the Da Vinci robot reduces a patient’s stay in hospital by a day on average.
