Barcelona (FCB).- Barça go into the final phase of the preseason with friendlies against Manchester United, on Wednesday in Gothenburg, and Dinamo Bucharest, on Saturday in the Romanian capital. A squad of 24 men has been named for the ‘mini-tour’. The list of players include Jordi Alba, who rejoins the squad on Wednesday after a busy summer involving the European Championships and Olympic Games. David Villa and Andreu Fontàs are also in the side, even though the former may be fit but has yet to receive full medical clearance to play, and the latter is also still officially injured. Meanwhile, Adriano Correia has got over his ankle problems, and is also back in the team.

Four members of the reserves also travel, namely Tello, Ilie, Sergi Roberto and Rafinha. But Jonathan Dos Santos, with a sprained quadriceps, stays behind in Barcelona.

Last training in Barcelona

For that reason, the Mexican worked out in isolation from the group in Tuesday morning’s training session, the last at the Ciutat Esportiva before the flight to Sweden. Like in the previous session in Girona, Adriano was able to train normally. The players leave for Sweden on Wednesday morning and will be heading directly to Bucharest from there.

Squad

Fit to play: Valdés, Pinto,  Dani Alves, Piqué, Fàbregas, Puyol, Xavi, Villa, Iniesta, Alexis, Messi, Mascherano, Sergio, Pedro, Jordi Alba, Afellay, Adriano, Fontàs, Montoya, Bartra, Tello, Ilie, Sergi Roberto and Rafinha.

List of injured players: Thiago, Abidal, Cuenca, Muniesa and Dos Santos.
