Vueling will resume flights between Barcelona and Tel Aviv on June 22, the company announced.

El Prat and Ben Gurion airports will be connected with four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The Barcelona-based airline suspended flights to Tel Aviv in October due to the war in Gaza

The last flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv took off without passengers on October 8, the day after the Hamas-led attack on Israel, only to return with passengers stranded in the area.

The low-cost airline said it had suspended flights "due to the complex and uncertain situation in Israel and for security reasons".
