Taxi drivers in Barcelona have threatened to block the French border and the port if their demands are not met.

As strike enters fifth day, one of Barcelona’s key main roads continues to be occupied by protesting taxi drivers for the third day running.

They are calling for limit to the number of licences made available for car-hailing services. Companies such as Cabify and Uber put their jobs in danger, they say.
