July marks new high point for Catalan News page views
Unique users up 3% on previous record in March
Catalan News has seen an all-time high of over 239,000 visitors to our website during the month of July.
Unique users are up 3% on the previous record, which was registered in March of this year.
July saw a resurgence in coronavirus cases in many parts of Catalonia, with local and international travel restrictions coming into force, and other measures being introduced or lifted, according to how the pandemic developed.
Throughout it all, we strive to bring you, our readers and viewers, accurate, up-to-date information, whether it's about Covid-19 or any other issue affecting Catalonia.
As in March, we are proud that our record numbers indicate that we have the trust of the public, and have become one of the biggest and most relevant platforms for news in Catalonia in the English language. Again, we would like to extend our thanks to our readers for placing their trust in us.

Among non-English-speaking European states, Germany and France provide the most visits. In July, however, they were in fact overtaken by the Netherlands.
