Catalan road tolls set to rise by 1.7% to 1.8% in 2025

Price update is lowest increase in recent years

Road tolls charged by the Catalan government will increase between 1.7% to 1.8% in 2025, according to data provided by the Department of Territory.

The Cadí tunnel toll in the Pre-Pyrenees will rise 1.71% to €14.16 for cars without discounts and non-residents.

The Vallvidrera tunnels toll linking Barcelona and Sant Cugat will rise 1.72% to €4.56 for cars off-peak and €5.13 at peak times.

The increase on the various sections of the C-32 between Castelldefels, Sitges and El Vendrell, which includes discounts for compulsory mobility, will be 1.7%.

The C-16 between Terrassa, Sant Cugat and Manresa – which also includes discounts – will increase 1.8%.

All discounts and toll suspensions in place in 2024 will be extended for 2025.

The price update for 2025 is the lowest in recent years. Last year they rose by 5.4%, in 2023 by 7.3% and in 2022 by 3.5%.

Spanish-government controlled road tolls will rise by 2.86% in 2025.
