Barcelona's Montjuïc hill wildfire under control as police detain alleged arsonist

Firefighter brigades controlled the wildfire in Barcelona's Montjuïc hill that started around 2:15 pm on Tuesday around 6 pm. 

Minutes before, the Guàrdia Urbana local police had detained the alleged arsonist.

Overall, 11 brigades had been fighting the blaze that started in some bushes in front of the Montjuïc castle at Miramar avenue.

There were also aerial units, and the smoke was visible from several areas of the Catalan capital.
