Hotel terraces in Barcelona open up ahead of summer with over 150 activities

With 65 hotels hosting more than 150 cultural activities free of charge from June 7 to 16, Hotel Terraces Week is a wonderful way to embrace Barcelona's vibrant cultural aesthetics through food, drink, and an extensive selection of musical, artistic, and social activities.
Organized by the Barcelona hotel association in collaboration with the Barcelona city council, Hotel Terraces Week is designed for tourists and locals alike to engage in the community across various settings and activities.
By incorporating 65 hotels across the city, Hotel Terraces Week aims to bring exposure to locally owned and operated hotels while also offering rich experiences across Barcelona's vastly unique areas. From the Gothic Quarter to the Eixample district, each hotel terrace provides a distinct environment and a chance to discover the diversity of Barcelona.
Participating hotels will offer a wide variety of activities, including show cooking, beer tasting, cocktail workshops, live music, and much more.

If you have been craving tapas and a drink, make sure to stop by the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel for the tasting of cured meats from the Pallars and Alt Urgell counties. There will also be a show cooking presentation at Passeig de Gràcia boulevard Majestic Hotel & Spa, as well as a cooking workshop at the Claris Hotel & Spa.
If you are looking to enjoy some music and dance, spend some time at the Gran Hotel Havana and the H10 Metropolitan, where a salsa workshop and live music sax band will take center stage. These musical performances offer a lively atmosphere perfect for dancing the night away or simply enjoying the vibrant sounds of the city.
Family-friendly activities will also be available with a Scalextric toy car racing championship and close-up magic show taking place at the H10 Urquinaona and the Catalonia Ramblas.
Other unique activities include cocktail workshops at the InterContinental Barcelona, yoga sessions at the H10 Casa Mimosa, and art and drink events at Hotel El Palace Barcelona.
