‘The Phantom of the Opera’ to make its Barcelona debut 

Andrew Lloyd Weber’s world-famous musical ‘The Phantom of the Opera’  will be staged in Barcelona for the very first time.

Following a successful run in Madrid, the production will embark on its first-ever tour across Spain, arriving at the Teatre Tívoli in the heart of the Catalan capital from September 25 of this year to February 1, 2026.

Directed by Federico Bellone, the musical will stay true to its original essence, with organizers promising a “spectacular” staging.

‘The Phantom of the Opera’ tells the haunting story of a mysterious masked figure lurking in the Paris Opera, using fear to control the owners.

He falls in love with a young soprano, Christine Daaé, and helps her develop her extraordinary vocal talent.
