Tenor Josep Carreras and dancer Sara Baras will perform at the end of the Cultural Regatta, the program of activities related to the America's Cup sailing competition.

The show will take place on October 20 at 8 pm on Barcelona's Passeig de Gràcia boulevard, between València and Rosselló streets. It will be free and open to the public.

The iconic boulevard, famous for its modernist architecture and importance in the city's history, celebrates its 200th anniversary this year.

The legendary Catalan tenor, one of the most important in the world, will offer his unmistakable and magistral voice in a unique concert.

Sara Baras, one of the most prestigious dancers and choreographers in contemporary flamenco, will bring her strength, elegance and passion to the stage.

The show will close two months of cultural regatta, which has celebrated the America's Cup bringing cultural, artistic, gastronomic, and scientific events to the city.

The finals of the sailing competition will begin on October 12, with the British and New Zealand teams competing in a best-of-13 format.
