Born in the town of Sant Esteve Sesrovires to the west of Barcelona, Rosalía Vila Tobella sings in a style that could be described as new flamenco, art pop or urban fusion. The 24-year old was also already nominated as Best New Artist in last year's Latin Grammies.
The singer's last album, 'Los Ángeles,' was released in 2016 in collaboration with guitar player Raül Refree. Following the release of single 'Malamente' and 'Pienso en tu Mirá,' in 2018, the performer's new album, 'El Mal Querer,' is set to be released on November 2, 2018.
