Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez to perform in Barcelona on July 15

The American singer, songwriter, and actress Jennifer Lopez will perform at Barcelona's Palau Sant Jordi on July 15.

This will be Jennifer Lopez's first performance in the Catalan capital, besides a small performance in 2001.

Fans will see an "electrifying show with some of the most iconic hits of her legendary career," a statement from the concert organizers reads.

Until now, J.Lo has sold over 80 million albums, registered over 15 billion plays, and has over 28 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.

Aside from Barcelona, Jennifer Lopez will also sing in the Spanish cities of Cádiz, Málaga, and Bilbao.

J.Lo concert's announcement comes a few weeks after American singer Lady Gaga scheduled three gigs in the Catalan capital.

Ticket prices and date of sale have not yet been reported for Jennifer Lopez's performance in Barcelona.
