Catalan singer Rosalía was the female artist from Spain who was most streamed globally on Spotify in 2024.

The world's largest audio streaming platform, with 640 million users, released its annual 'Wrapped' report on Wednesday.

Catalan artists Bad Gyal and Aitana were the fourth and fifth most listened to female artists in Spain respectively.

Overall, Taylor Swift was crowned the most popular artist on Spotify this year, with more than 26.6 billion streams globally.

Swift was followed by The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Drake and Billie Eilish, while Sabrina Carpenter's song 'Espresso' was the most streamed song worldwide.

In Spain, Myke Towers topped the list of most streamed artists of the year, followed by Bad Bunny, Feid, Saiko, and Quevedo.
