Japanese singer Ado to perform at Palau Sant Jordi on June 29 during 'Hibana' tour

Japanese music sensation Ado will perform in Barcelona's Palau Sant Jordi on June 29, 2025 during her second world 'Hibana' Powered by Crunchyroll tour. The Catalan capital is one of the 30 cities around the globe that she will visit.

Next year's tour is expected to be one of the "largest worldwide tours ever organized by a Japanese artist," a statement released on Thursday reads after this year's 'Wish' world tour with tickets sold out.

Ado will start her tour at Tokyo's Saitama Super Arena before traveling across the globe, and she will finish in Honolulu, Hawaii, in August.

"If my first world tour embodied my 'Wish,' then my second will ignite the spark I want to light in the world," Ado said in a press release.

"I named this tour 'Hibana,' meaning 'spark' in Japanese, to carry my heritage with me on this journey. I aim to show my growth since the 'Wish' tour and deliver my best performances yet," she added.

Ado is known for performances as the singing voice of Uta in One Piece Film Red, the SPY x FAMILY Season 2-second opening theme. Her 'New Genesis' song in the One Piece Film: Red ranked number 1 on Japan's Billboard Hot 100, and Apple Music's Top 100: Global Chart.

A special presale for Crunchyroll fans will begin on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 using the code “CrunchyrollxAdo” on the tour's website. 

Apart from Barcelona, Ado will also play in Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Sydney, Melbourne, Manila, Los Angeles, and Buenos Aires, to name a few.

Tickets will go on sale from November 22 at 9:00 am at Livenation.es, Ticketmaster, and El Corte Inglés' website.

There will be a presale on Wednesday, 20, at Live Nation's website and a Crunchyroll presale on Tuesday, 19. Tickets start at €65 plus expenses.
