Interactive map of all Michelin-starred restaurants in Catalonia
55 restaurants hold the prized distinction in the 2021 edition of the guide
Food, be it home cooked meals or the likes of the Carme Ruscadella and the Roca Brothers, is a staple part of Catalan culture. So, it should come as no surprise that 55 restaurants in Catalonia hold one or more Michelin stars.
At the virtual gala for the Michelin Guide 2021, Catalonia saw three restaurants make their way onto the guide, whilst two more earned a second star.
Catalan debuts in the 2021 Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal are A Tempo in Sant Julià de Ramis in northern Catalonia, L'Aliança 1919 d'Anglès in the Selva county, also in the north, and Quatre Molins, in the Priorat area of southern Catalonia.
Catalan News has created an interactive map, allowing you to explore and discover all the best eateries in the region, including its average prices and types of food on offer according to the Michelin Guide.
