Catalan musicians Els Pets and La Ludwig Band to perform in London on November 29
Groups will sing in SCALA concert hall with a capacity of 800 spectators
The two Catalan music groups, Els Pets, and La Ludwig Band, will perform in London's SCALA concert hall on November 29, 2024, as announced by the concert promoters, Bona Gents.
Els Pets will perform their only international gig, while La Ludwig Band will sing overseas for the first time. The promoters' statement says the goal is to unite these two groups with "different generations through Catalan pop-rock."
SCALA in Kings Cross has a capacity of 800 spectators. The gig will start at 6 pm and finish at 10 pm, and tickets are already on sale.
The concert was announced with a video recreating James Bond's world while playing with the red phone boxes, which are so traditional in the city. Catalan drawer Pilarín Bayés is M, one of the heads of the British secret service, while Els Pets singer Lluís Gavaldà is Bond, and the members of the La Ludwig Band are other special agents.
The poster has been designed by Bayés.
Bona Gents was founded in 2023, and since then, they have already organized gigs for Tyets, Julieta, and Figa Flawas.
