Dua Lipa's latest music video filmed in Barcelona's Montjuïc swimming pools
Singer in Catalan city gave private concert to McDonald's employees
Dua Lipa released her music video for her newest single, 'Illusion' on Friday recorded in one of Barcelona's most iconic viewpoints.
The video was recorded at Montjuïc's local swimming pools, which are well known to residents and tourists for their key role during the 1992 Olympic Games and the unique views of the city they have to offer.
The singer had previously released a teaser, in which she is seen singing in different parts of the sports complex.
At one point she is dancing on the edge of the pool in front of synchronized swimmers, showing a panoramic view of the city.
It is not the first time the British-Albanian singer has recorded a music video in Barcelona.
The video for her hit 'Physical' was also filmed in the Catalan capital, and the team behind it was CANADA productions, which was part of a Filling the Sink podcast episode.
Private McDonald's concert
The British-Albanian world star spent some days in Barcelona to give a private concert at the McDonald's Worldwide Convention.
The singer performed on Thursday in front of 14,000 McDonald's employees who travelled from all over the world to attend the franchise's convention.
American rock group The Killers also performed at the event, a day after doing a gig in the Razzmatazz music hall.
