Hundreds of books are published in Catalonia every year, and on April 23, Sant Jordi, Catalans buy a book and a rose for their loved ones. Among them are some of the territory's leaders, FC Barcelona players, Michelin-starred chefs, and even the Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez.
