The 27 establishments are situated in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and will host the works of some thirty artists from the national and international spheres.

All exhibitions, free and open to the public, will open simultaneously on Thursday 19 September and will be open throughout the weekend.

The initiative aims to highlight the work of art galleries as "spaces that generate culture and knowledge," organizers say.

Alongside the exhibitions, the galleries host a series of free activities such as meetings, talks, presentations, performances and guided tours to get to know the work of the artists and gallerists first hand.
