ISE audiovisual fair set to break attendance records in 2025 with expanded space
World's largest AV systems integration show to be held in Barcelona from February 4 to 7
Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is set to make its 2025 edition the biggest and most attended in its history.
The world's largest audiovisual trade show will increase its exhibition space by 20%, covering the entire Fira Gran Via in Barcelona.
Taking place from February 4 to 7, the show will feature more than 1,600 exhibitors, including major companies such as Samsung, LG, Lang, Microsoft and Panasonic.
New this year are live-streamed e-sports tournaments, hackathons and more dedicated spaces for startups.
Mike Blackman, the exhibition's managing director, emphasized the "great value" ISE places on its presence in Barcelona, noting that companies such as Aztec and LiveU have established operations in the city after attending the event.
Last year's record-breaking edition of the show, with nearly 74,000 attendees, generated an economic impact of €468 million for the city.
Blackman shared that pre-registrations indicate a 20% increase in attendance, suggesting that this year's edition will also set new records.
While most visitors come from Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and Italy, there has been a notable rise in attendees from Asia and South America.
The 21st edition will be divided into seven technological zones, showcasing advanced solutions across various sectors including audio, broadcast, lighting, construction, and education.
Over 360 speakers will take part in different conferences, with Brian Solis, one of the world’s foremost thought leaders on business innovation, delivering the opening keynote.
A key highlight will be the European and South American Forum, which aims to strengthen ties between the two regions.
Visitors will also have the chance to take tours of various Barcelona locations, including Sant Joan de Déu Hospital and the Barcelona Drone Center, to explore real-world technology applications.
In the days leading up to the fair, on February 1 and 2, Casa Batlló will host an audiovisual projection created by artist Quayola.
