Iryo high-speed trains to connect Barcelona and Seville from December 10
Four trains per day will link both cities in under 5:50 hours
Iryo high-speed trains will connect Barcelona and the southern Spanish city of Seville beginning December 10, as the company announced on Tuesday in a press release.
There will be four separate journeys per day, two going from the Catalan capital to Seville and two returning from Seville to Barcelona. They will stop at Zaragoza, Madrid and Córdoba in between.
From June 15 to September 14, one train per day will also stop in Camp de Tarragona, Catalonia's southern high-speed train station.
The company will offer 673,060 high-speed train tickets per year and will connect Catalonia and Andalusia in around 5:50 hours.
Trains will leave Barcelona at 9:50 am and at 1:45 pm, and will reach Seville at 3:36 pm and 7:39 pm. From Seville, high-speed trains will depart at 6:54 am and 4:20 pm, arriving in Barcelona at 12:45 pm and 10:10 pm.
