Barcelona (ACN).- One of the hottest summers in Catalonia will end in two days. Temperatures this summer were 1.4 degrees higher than the average temperatures between 1971-2009. Catalans are welcoming autumn weather and a return back to normality. The Spanish Meteorological Agency (Aemet) says that although it is not sure, indications lead to more extreme weather in the future such as heat waves, colder than normal temperatures and strong storms. According to the agency, October through December of this year will see normal temperatures and below average precipitation.
